Legal internship in Bern
From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement (100%)

We

  • are a locally rooted law firm with offices in Bern, Zurich and Lausanne;
  • advise and support individuals as well as national and international companies in many areas of commercial law and the construction and property industry.

You can expect

  • A versatile and varied internship position for 9 – 12 months with a focus on commercial and corporate law;
  • Direct contact with clients, authorities and courts;
  • the independent processing of dossiers;
  • co-operation with experienced lawyers from various fields of law;
  • participation in arbitration and court hearings;
  • actively supervised preparation for the bar exam by means of know-how lunches and further internal training;

  • the opportunity to continue working for us on a reduced workload during the exam preparation period.

We are looking for a person interested in business and private law who

  • has a Master of Law with above-average grades;
  • shows a high level of commitment;
  • is used to working in an independent, goal-oriented and efficient manner;
  • has a good command of English and/or French and
  • ideally has already completed the court internship and/or has work experience
